Only three points in it certainly not almost guaranteed but we are in a good position. Saints have both Hearts and Aberdeen at home where they have an excellent record

They’re away to Aberdeen. Hearts and Rangers are their home games. If we lose all 4 games they’d likely need 4 points to finish above us, I think they might manage that from the home games.

Don’t think we’ll lose all 4 though and hopefully we can still be looking up at 4th as a possibility which means you’d have one less qualifier to play.

I really hate talking about Europe with Hibs. But I’d be well up for a Hibs trip. My kids have always been too wee in the past and always had school runs to do.

They are both in Secondary school now so they can get the bus lads.

This is my understanding, feel free to edit if it’s not correct

This on the basis that Celtic win the Scottish Cup. If Caley win it, 5th get no European Football

If we’re 3rd we go into play off round of the Europa league on 24/31st August
Win that game and we go straight into the Europa League group stages
Lose this play off and you go into group stages of the Europa conference group stages


4th goes in at the 3rd qualifying round on 10/17th August

5th goes in at the 2nd qualifying round on 27th July/3rd August

Absolutely not. Both countries are ridiculously expensive and we'd more than likely get a rinsing from whoever we were playing. In the last decade we have been to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Faroes, Greece. We lost all three ties to teams in the countries in bold.

Haha, some might say that yes. You want that group stage though. Guaranteed European football until December, only downside is that domestic league games get moved to the Sunday. No VAR in the conference league either unless that rule is changing next season.

That run shows with a bit of luck in the draw it’s definitely possible to make the groups. Dundee United got AZ in the 3rd round and they’re now in the semis so it can go either way.
