Anybody experiencing total gridlock around the city centre today? Almost quicker to describe the roads that aren’t jammed up with traffic than the ones that are! I think todays the worst I’ve ever seen it, around Palmerston place, Tollcross especially bad.

I actually found them unusually quiet and guessed a lot of folk took today off to give them a long weekend!?!
I drove from South Gyle in to Waverley via West Approach Rd/Cowgate and back via Johnston Terrace, both legs took about 25 minutes which is average and that was leaving at 1130, returning at 1415 🤔
