I have tried on various devices and OS but always get the same message. I tried emailing ticket office but no reply and there is no option to speak to a person when trying to call the office directly. I know there was a problem a while back but has anybody else encountered this recently?

If you have emailed the ticket office they will be in touch if you included your mobile number.

Are you using a VPN? I get the message if I have my VPN switched on. It doesn’t come up if I don’t have the VPN switched on.

I’m currently abroad and got the same message when I tried to put my season tickets on the ticket exchange for the Hearts game. I got the same message whether I used a VPN or not so I assumed it was something to do with being abroad.
The ticket office were great and put my tickets up for resale manually.

You can buy on the day, or before hand at the TO

Underneath that message there should be a box you can tick to get past it

All thanks for responses, i got a result in the end- I tried logging in using my phone as a hotspot and that worked. Actually managed to buy tickets which has its own tale……
Out of interest I went back to trying using the home broadband and that still did not work so it appears the problem is at my end.
However the ticket purchase was fraught. When attempting to pay I was offered my previously saved credit card which I naturally picked. There was not an option of adding the code which meant the payment did not go through.
What did work was the facility to add a new card and my saved card appeared again but this time with a means to add the code and complete the payment.
As I was ordering 2 tickets they both came to my iPhone and I was able to save mine to wallet no problem. I forwarded the mail to an Android user but they were unable to save the ticket to the Google equivalent. In the end I took a screen shot of the ticket and sent that.
The ticket office got in touch so i have been able to pass on my experience. Hopefully if anyone else encounters this my tale will be of assistance.
