FAO Diclonius - when's the Official Summer Transfer Thread starting

I know we've got one started early, but I liked the front page summary in Diclonius' one. It gave me a good overview without reading page after page of gossip and non-stories. :greengrin

Out of courtesy I didn't want to infringe on the OP by presuming I had executive authority over the transfer threads and creating my own one! If there's some way to merge the two so I can have an editable summary on the opening post then great, but not sure how that would be possible.
