Hellas Verona & Spezia are both on 26 pts, Verona have a better goal difference, but Spezia are above them in the table. BBC, Sky, ESPN etc, it's the same on every site.

Anyone know why?

They must do head to head before GD in serie A

Head to head probably.

Don't think Italy or Spain do goal difference as first decider.
