Won't go down as an all timer for Hibs derby goals but it was such a satisfying goal all the same.

Clever delivery from JDH knocked down by Hanlon (who worked so hard to get there) and Nisbet with an expert finish.

Special mention needed for elie Youan for winning the corner in the first place. He didnt have any right to win one from that situation.

Edit JDH not Newell

It was JDH that swung it in. But yeah, well worked goal

Definitely one of the Hibs goals of all time.

Difference with Nisbet just getting the laces through it like Myko last week. Couple of chances before (Youan I think) where he found the yard of space and then put a tame shot in.

I thought Hanlon done brilliantly to get that back across goal as I didn’t think the corner was the best!

What a feeling when it hit the net though.

We've tried that tactic for ages. Deep corner beyond the far post, header back across. First time it's worked? FWIW I didn't think it was a poor corner at the time, off the training ground

The sight of the players wheeling away in celebration right below me from front row of west upper was just spine tingling. A great moment that will live in the memory, simply because it’s been too long in coming.

As much as LJ said it’s still just 3 points, but they’re worth a lot more than that to the support and general feeling around the club. At least until the next disappointment!

Fish runs across the goal, drawing the defender away and creates space for Nisbet to score. Good team goal.

Good team goal and so deserved after a very good performance. Nisbet was brilliant today, such an intelligent player who looks as sharp as he has since he signed.

Egan Riley probably did the same given his sprint down the touchline at the end.

Great finish. Could easily have skied it over the top. Caught it just right

As long as the next disappointment is anything less than a win against St Johnstone.:cb

A (neutral) blogger managed to get a ticket for the Hearts end and has filmed what is always my favourite view of a Hibs derby goal - their perspective. 10 minute mark.
