As far as I can see only Hibs TV is showing the game (source https://m.liveonsat.com/UK-Scotland-premiership), so maybe difficult to find anywhere that will show plus its competing with Villa v Newcastle.

I wouldn't rely on trying Hub (Slight chance if DAZN pick the game up), many times I've been to various ones asking for TV English games only to be told you need to wait until the Japanese baseball has finished!!!

It's worth ringing some of the bars listed above to see if they show it.

I would come and join you but need to be responsible and get up early for work sunday 😅

Best bet is to sign up to Hibs TV and then any bar in Tokyo will be showing it if you take your phone. It isn’t on DAZN, would be surprised if it’s on any other channel here.
