The players should be pleased with their efforts yesterday despite result. Three points would be huge.

10 or 12 points from our next 4 games would have us 3rd at the split imo. 8 or 9 would be an excellent return and keep us in the mix.

We have come through 3 tough fixtures no worse off with Hearts than what we went into it. We now have 3 decent fixtures and a real 6 pointer v that mob. Time to make the most of these kinder fixtures and firstly secure top 6 and then position ourselves for a run at 3rd.

We don't have room for too many slip ups against the non OF teams now so we are entering must win territory (if 3rd is our ambition which it very much should be now).

Massive game. We’ve given ourselves a real chance of third now. Not saying we’ll do it but we’ve got a chance. Good fixtures between now and the split, need to get the points on the board.

Even with Elie out still got enough firepower to beat Well it’s up to the fans to keep doing there bit home and away and get right behind the team with the team playing well and European place up for grabs the feel good factor is back plus it’s Hibs kids day no reason we can’t fill the ground cmon :flag:

I would be more concerned about Aberdeen continuing to do well But we need to now go on a winning run again

My focus is still top 6, not on 3rd.

Failure to beat Motherwell would be a mortal blow. Two away games against Dundee Utd, fighting to stay up and our bogey team, St Johnstone, will be very difficult to win at this stage in the season.

So 3 points against Motherwell is a must. Then if we just even gain 3 points in total from the games against Hearts, Dundee Utd and St Johnstone this should see us safely in the top 6. There are some head to head games between the teams placed 3rd to 7th soon so it's very difficult to predict the top 6 outcome.

That’s exactly why it’s even more important for not only to turn up in big numbers but more importantly be very vocal and get behind the team just as we’ve been doing home and away top 6 would not be a disaster but disappointing considering where we are and how we are playing we can only do our bit

Might not be a bad thing. There were a few limping about towards the end yesterday. Fish limped back on for the second half before limping off a bit later and we’re lacking a bit in options at the back it’s fair to say.

Couple of weeks to get everybody right for a big push in these four games going in to the split.

That's very true, just been a few breaks this past month or so but a rest for some will be good.
