The 'natural order' derby.

What a team and what a night. I often wonder what could have been if we had been able to hold on to even 2 of the 3 of McGinn. McGeouch and Allan for one more season.

Truly great days. Atmosphere was electric that night, as were the team.

My favourite derby, I was in the FF upper so only found out about the banner after the game. Just served to polish off the perfect day.

Scott Allan's goal was a thing of beauty

I was in hospitality that night. The atmosphere in the stadium was absolutely amazing. To be honest I think we all expected to win which is a strange feeling as a hibbie in a derby, but that's where we were with Lennon. Great performance, great result, great night. Got a photo with Neil outside the stadium after as well 😀

It was a fabulous night. The banner was hilarious and very brave of the young team to get it made.

Brilliant night, blew them off the park and the banner was absolutely spot on and perfectly timed!

That was our last victory in a derby at ER.... 5 years ago! A shocking stat we need to put right in April.

Hanlon right up in the box laying the ball of to Allan. Kamberi and McLaren were a pretty deadly partnership up front too.

Ahh the 352 formation 😍

Loved having wingbacks, and having the inside centre halves with license to get forward. Hanlon with the assist.

I watched it in an Irish bar in Benidorm with my jambo mates, think the expression is ‘ pleasing’

This video of the same game by JohnSparky2,has its hilarous moments when Naismith questions and tries to prevent our players walking towards the South to wish the leaving jambos night night !!

My daughter had been born at 7:30 the previous Saturday evening. In spite of having been present throughout the labour (which started at midday on the Friday) I was at work at 8:30am on the Monday, worked the full week and flew down to London for course first thing Friday, flying back straight after in the hope I'd make kick off.

The flight was delayed then taxis at the airport were a shambles but I made it into the ground at half time. I ended up sitting on my own but witnessed the goals and the banner and it was all great. Sunshine on Leith played after the game and the fatigue and emotion of the whole week just got the better of me and I started bawling my eyes out. You could see some of the folk near me thinking "steady on mate, it was a great win and that but surely this is a bit excessive" without knowing the full story.

I wasn't there on Wednesday and I don't think I've witness SoL in person at ER since.

Absolutely criminal that was our last home win against Hearts.

Imagine being told on leaving the ground that five years later we wouldn't have won another home derby. You'd have been mocked.
