Thought this guy deserved a wee thread of his own. Looks like he'll have a good career in the game. Outstanding today. Thoughts?

Thought he looked good. Likes to mix it up a bit and get stuck in, exactly what we’ve been crying out for. Smart decision from LJ to sub him after the booking.

Well-built, powerful and reads the game well. Keeps it simple mostly but not afraid to try something more adventurous with the ball, think he'll do very well in the game, hopefully with more time at Hibs.

Another excellent game. He’s top drawer and comfortable on the ball.
Agree it was sensible to sub him when we did.

A much needed upgrade in central midfield. Knows how to defend and isn’t afraid to carry the ball forward when the opportunity presents.

Different class. So comfortable on the ball and rarely if ever wasteful.

I think he’s a player. Exactly the type of player you need in there against a team like that. He’s very, very comfortable in everything he does.

I’m not actually sure he will learn a great deal being here as he looks a cut above. Delighted he is here though and his versatility will come in very handy for the remainder of the season. If only all January loan deals could be of that standard!

I think he'll learn a fair bit. You cant beat game time which he wasnt getting and the physicality of the game in Scotland will do him no harm at all. Im sure he'll look back on his time with us with fondness and recognise it as an important phase of his career.

He was really good again, as was Jeggo. Those two are the main reason for our turnaround. Delighted to see it. GGTTH:flag:

love what he brings to the team. He’s from a decent team earning serious money but totally gets it up here. Was sticking up for team mates, giving it back to the livi hatchet men. Brilliant.

He’ll be a starter in one of Europes top leagues at some point in his career.

Definitely. They have steadied the ship. We're seeing the ridiculous strength of our frontline options now, which is all down to us being able to turn the screw in the back of the middle third. Happy days.

Looks so comfortable on the ball. Already pretty clear to me he will go way above Hibs level, enjoy while we can!

Agree. The reason he’s here, as you say, is that he wasn’t playing where he was. And with Burnley being a certainty for promotion, he’s not going back there to play next season either. As good a player as I think he looks (at our level) it’s not unthinkable that we could get him back on loan next season IMO. Unless Burnley want to loan him to a Championship team where he will play.

He is caviar, strolled it every game since he joined and he’s not even playing his strongest position
