Henry McDonald, the northern Irish journalist and writer has died at the age of 57. I’ve read a good number of his writings and particularly enjoyed his novel “Two Souls”. Also enjoyed listening to a few interviews via podcasts. A very interesting man.

While reading his obituary today I learned one thing about him that hadn’t come to attention before - he was in fact a Hibs supporter!

Thanks! Really surprised I hadn't heard of him. Must read him. Some guy and a sad loss.

Have heard of him but had no idea of his football allegiances, Hibs and Cliftonville! Good choices from a very clever man, RIP Henry [emoji2528][emoji1132]
