Do we need to give Hibs a bit of credit for this?

Egan-Riley and Jeggo were outstanding this afternoon, forming a really solid base to the midfield that protected the defence and assisted our more creative players in going forward. It's early yet for Egan-Riley even if he has looked good so far but Jeggo has played a few games now and that part of the team looks much improved from how it looked before.

Hoppe went on and did well, scoring the decisive goal at a great time that sickened Killie.

We lost a few players who were disgruntled at not getting a game an moved on a talented player who were going to lose for nowt in the summer, was inconsistent and had started to divide opinion a bit and tbh who really didn't want to be with Hibs any more.

If you add in that Henderson might have moved out on loan but didn't and who seems to have raised his game a bit since the window shut...

... do we need to credit our much maligned recruitment team who have overseen some pretty diabolical transfer windows prior to this one?

I can see why LJ rated it as. 9/10.

All three signings did well, but would have appreciated more than just them.

Not missing any of the outgoings, and all of the faces in are offering a lot.

Yes they do. Jeggo is class. Egan Riley and Hoppe look like they are high standard. The pitchfork Ian Gordon out brigade have gone awol.

Definitely need to give them credit. The three players brought in have all made an impact quickly.

Just need to muddle through the next 12 games now. Injuries killing us but it’s 12 games so just need to find ways to win.

That's a really good point. Nobody that has left has been missed in the slightest. Shows we were carrying too many passengers and couldn't have been healthy.
