Daniel MacKay is playing well and regularly with Inverness
The "other dude" Dylan Tait was at Arbroath but sustained a season ending injury.
Both are 21 years old and next season will be make or break.

thanks for filling in the blank on Dylan Tait. I didn’t listen to Longbangers with head of academy talking about pathways - bit of a long and winding road for these fellas… club don’t seem to talk of them much…

We spent a quarter of a million quid on them.
It all feels very "nothing to see here" in relation to them from Hibs.
We haven't heard anything about Allan Delferrier since he returned from FC. Edinburgh
There has also been no information about Tavares who is a permanent unused sub.

Was Tait not back on the bench for Arbroath fairly recently?
I remember being surprised by it as I’d convinced myself his injury was a season ender.

Mackay remains the one I have the highest Hopes for but would be disappointed but not surprised to see all the players mentioned here disappear from Hibs without any meaningful games.

I've been up at ICT a few times this year and up there again on Saturday coming. He hasn't impressed me much to be honest but the games I have watched ICT haven,t been great so that may explain it.

I noted the commentator mentioning Mackay’s poor ball control just before one of ICT’s goals. Still hope that him and Tait can make it with us, but have my doubts.

I looked up Tait this afternoon after answering the OP.
The chat was that the injury wasn't as bad as they thought.
He was injured in the middle of December and a month later he was saying he would be back soon.
On the 28th January he was on the bench for Arbroath against Morton.
He didn't get on and wasn't named in the subs for their next game on the 4th Feb.

He's 22 on Monday.
If he isn't moved on in the summer he has until the Christmas window to make his mark or oblivion beckons.
He should go on loan to a Championship team NOW.
Any team in the top 7 that will give him game time.
Hibs are currently paying him to train and sit unused on the bench.
They need to get him playing time.

The story is Aberdeen paid the going rate to Benfica for Duk and there is a small sell on percentage and Hibs paid a small fee with a big sell on percentage. Looks like both clubs got it right. The only problem is we have our guy on a long contract on decent money so will find it hellish hard to get someone to take his salary on given his lack of ability. A player that can't get a game for Hibs is a hard sell.

More inside knowledge of what we pay players. I assume footballers have to declare their earnings on t'interweb for everyone to see these days.

More deserving of a chance for me than say Bojan or the headless chicken that was Mueller who we catapulted straight into the first team, I know they play different positions but it's the principle.
I'd have kept Bradley as well and given him a decent run before just releasing.

I haven’t believed anything I’ve read about Hibs players wages since folk were trying to say Mueller was on £10k a week and it was being partly funded by RG himself rather than through the club.
Folk just make stuff up. Then one guy reads it, tells his mate in the pub, and it spreads as if it’s a fact.

My financial advisor, psychologist, psychiatrist, architect, marriage counsellor, doctor, sommelier, political adviser, physiotherapist and car mechanic is a guy called Nige, known as Man In Pub. I barely know him but can guarantee sage advice on all of the above, freely and loudly given anytime I'm there, even though I'm rarely within 5 yards of him[emoji6]

Bradley just seemed such an obvious choice to replace McGeady around 70 minutes or provide cover. But I guess we don’t see these guys every day.
Where are Delferriere and Hauge?

Where are Delferriere and Hauge?2 guys I dont know a lot about I'm afraid. My mate who is a season ticket holder said he was initially impressed with Delferriere but seems to have fallen by the wayside. Thought Hauge was solid enough in the tackle but maybe his time has come and gone too?

You have to wonder what sort of wages some of these players who don’t play are getting Meanwhile we csnt yet agree new contracts for some of our promising g youngsters in the under 19 team that did well in Europe
The B team idea sounded great on paper , but in reality it hasn’t worked out that well

He's had no major injuries this season and has played in half of our league games.
Players coming back from major injuries get niggling injuries.
Hanlon, Nisbet and Magennis have all had hamstring strains this season after coming back.
Hopefully all 3 play on Saturday and fingers crossed for the last 13 games.

He’s under contract with us until May 2026, so if he digs his heels in, then that is a huge amount of money we have wasted.
