He's does not appear to be pulling up any trees at Killie. I don't think he is any where near the required standard. However, given our injuries with big Dave & Boyle, and constant rumours about Nisbet, I'd bring him back to sit on bench. If the outlook on big Dave is slightly positive, leave him at Killie.

Our bench was very light weight on Sunday.

I'm far from being a fan of his, but if anything else happened to Nissy then we have nobody left. Even if Nissy stays super fit and suspension free, we still need another C.F.
I would rather we signed a new C.F. but if we don't, then there needs to be a phone call to Killie on a recall.
Maybe offer them a wee swap with McKirdy.
BTW, if a C.H. can be pushed in to midfield and a midfielder can be played at R.B. etc, then Doidge at C.H. is not as mental as some are suggesting.
In past years we had a keeper, Robin Rae, who started life as a centre forward, and Gordon Rae, who also started his career as a C.F. but played C.H. for most of his career.

Admittedly it was a tongue in cheek post and I’m glad it’s raised smile for a few this morning there’s been too much doom and gloom on here for too long.
But consider this, it seems we don’t have cash to splash to buy any quality signings, Doidge is on the payroll or at least for a proportion of his wages, even as a backup for KN or as an option for two up front as we haven’t seen Nisbet and Doidge together for a long time nothing to lose for me.
