Do we still have a rep on board?If so what on earth are they doing?
Can we get someone to explain what on earth has happened to our club...step forward and take responsibility
and more to the point action to reverse dreadful mistakes in recruitment and the thinking behind not bringing in good to go experienced talent?

There's a supporters rep who is very active on social media and frequently posts on here
Goes out of his way to help folk.
I'm at a loss as to what he could do to improve performances to be quite honest.

We don't vote for reps anymore. Tbh given the level of turnout it wasn't worth the hassle.
The role evolved and Kieran Power is now the Supporter Liaison Officer (it was Colin Millar). He's very approachable and has helped fans out with various things. The 'rep' position no longer has a seat on the board.
I'm not sure he can really convey the mood of the fans back to the board. Firstly because they will already be aware. Secondly because it's diffuse. A cursory glance on here tells you that, to some Ron is the devil incarnate, to some the misunderstood Messiah.

Yup, KP is superb and has always been very hands on in his role. Impressive that we’ve managed to get all the way down to the supporters rep for who’s who’s responsable the recent downfall . Ticket office staff will be next.

Seen KP getting a bit of stick a few weeks ago by a certain admin of a certain hibs fb page… uncalled for imo. Guys been very helpful whenever I’ve needed a hand picking up tickets for away games (can’t always get into Edinburgh to collect midweek) etc, good guy and does his job well. He might be the only one at the club doing his job well at the moment.
That said… a return to having a fans rep would be good. HSL are no longer entitled to a board member due to the share dilution by Gordon though so don’t think that’s going to happen any time soon

In answer to your first question, no.
KP does a great job as far as his actual remit goes but he's not going to be bending RG's ear over a Pisco sours in downtown Cusco anytime soon

Keiran does a great job. Better that the new remit is not on the board as previous reps were put in a difficult position due to " board collective responsibility" and angry fans wanting to vent.

I’ve been completing the role of Supporter Liaison Officer in my spare time away from my full time job (working in schools) and part time post (mental health charity) since 2021.
I’m a bridge between supporters and the different areas at the club, handling roughly 200 queries a month on average about anything and everything - ie. ticketing, travel, stadium facilities, clubstore, match safety, Tributes to supporters, Hibs Women, Hibees Pride etc
