One Day Soon

Am I right in thinking that there has been no public utterance from the club today on our recent results and direction?
Nothing from Ron Gordon, Ben Kensall, the Sommelier or indeed the club itself corporately? Nothing from the captain?
We've got just seven days of transfer window left to improve our largely crap and also critical injury strewn squad, the manager's coat is a on a peg that's so shoogly I think it must be invisible, we've a player social media gaffe of about the worst (footballing) kind, supporters don't know what to expect next, the media are having a field day about the state of us and we are seeing and hearing no leadership from the club whatsoever.
Does someone - anyone - in a leadership position at Hibernian not think that maybe, just maybe, they need to put their head above the parapet and show the spine to address the current situation openly? The toxic mixture of anger, ignorance, powerlessness and apathy that has been allowed to build up is going to spill over to the stands and then to season ticket sales if this isn't gripped very soon.
A cutesy softball 'interview' wrapped around a bit of noodling on the theme of a Director of Football appointment is fast disappearing over the horizon with its ar5e on fire as any kind of manana sop to the support. It's time for someone at the club, or soon to be brought into the club, with the calibre to both mean it and deliver it to do a General George Patton number: "Lead me, follow me, or get the hell out of my way”.
