Presumably you're talking about today (Saturday), if so the ticket office won't be open today as they only open at weekends on a matchday so they'll be open tomorrow from 10am I believe.

OP - Your season ticket card should be loaded up for this game, I don't believe season ticket holders had any other option but to add the game to their card.

But in the event that you require ticket office assistance you'll need to wait until tomorrow as they'll be closed today.
