Reading a few threads on here about different players it made me think about each player's confidence whether that's through playing well or poorly, fans attitude towards them will affect them.
Look at Josh Campbell he was slated for weeks but worked his ass off and scored a couple of goals and the fans got behind him again.
Your Henderson's,Cabraja's,Tavares and Mckirdy's etc might be player's that need to be motivated more confidence wise.
