We were relegated the season Best was signed. Great box office move by Tom Hart but he was never going to keep us up single handed.

Great times though, I remember him and Angie opening a tyre centre at Piershill, crazy.

£2,000 a game? That must have been massive money back then and I wonder what would be the equivalent of that nowadays for us ?

I was at Easter Road when we played the San Hose Earthquakes. 50p to get in but my Dad still lifted me and 3 cousins over.
