The club has absolutely no feel of a community football club anymore. It’s being run completely as a business, everything is driven towards high turnover etc and the football side of the business, which is all the fans care about, has been completely neglected. I honestly think Ron couldn’t give two hoots about the fans thoughts as long as he is watching turnover/profit go up.

If Ron Gordon wants to do that then crack on. Just don’t be surprised when your ‘customers’ (because that’s how we’re being treated now) stop giving you that loyalty that a football club gets you and starts treating you like they would any other corporate entity who weren’t giving them value for money and walk away.

Second half Youan showed his ability on the ball a lot more, and I do like him as a player, but it’s getting to the stage now in his Hibs career where I’d just give him a gps tracker attached to his ankle and if he moves away from a 5m wide 30 m strip of grass wide on the left I’d send a high voltage shock straight to his nads. I guess one thing is Hearts managed to turn it around quickly from quite a bad place. The hope is that we can do the same over the next year to 18 months

I'm not a fan of LJ and not sure what he is trying to do, but the players we have are weak and give up too easily. Personally I would clear out the majority of the first team squad and replace with a few much more expensive signings and promote from our younger squad.

Recruitment comes up time and time again, I would head hunt for a John Park type and start getting in a few hungry players.

Most of the players we have are at their peak with Hibs as far as their careers go and they are cruising, while collecting good money. There is no hunger to suceed either as a club or individually.
