There was a very entertaining podcast recently by Blindboy Boatclub which touched upon the history of Baileys Irish Cream. I always assumed it was an old festive favourite stretching back many years, but turns out it was launched in 1974! Maybe a well known fact but was all news to me.

All the best everybody particularly those who have had a difficult 2022.
I lost my mum last year. She was a good age and had suffered from dementia for a number of years and her time had come but I still miss the auld bugger.
My hopes for 2023 would be personally to enjoy watching my 7 month old granddaughter grow and everyone I care about to stay happy and healthy.
On a wider note I hope Hibs find a way to win a few more games and entertain us in the process.
Lastly my one fervent hope is that we are able to get rid of this venal Tory government and replace them with something that at least has a conscience.
