Love the guy, has any other journeyman aged player made as big an impact on the club as him?

I didn’t know he gave Riordan his debut either. Always thought it was Williamson.

His take on being sacked was interesting. Clearly he was still adjusting to his playing career ending - which would indeed have been a big pill to swallow.

It made me want some more insightful material from the great man in an interview that was a bit underwhelming.
