Alan Burrows, who many on here would like at Hibs, is very active and engaging on Twitter (maybe other Chanels too) with fans.
These action, in my view, bring the club closer to the fans as they feel part of what’s going on if it’s not kept secret.

Go further back, there was updates and progress reports on their new pitch installation, and other behind the scenes titbits that keeps fans engaged and informed in the club.
