Probably busy with folk returning faulty items.

I wouldn’t be so sure. People will be buying things they would normally get online or in the club store. They will need a fair few extra sales to cover the cost of rental and extra staff manning the pop up.

It's something Hibs have tried before. I reckon if it was worth it then we would be doing it again.

It is something that annoys me though. Kids all over the world like to buy football tops when they go on holiday and for most of the year you can't get a Hibs or Hearts top in Edinburgh city centre. I wonder how many end up with a Rangers or Celtic one instead. It's ultimately all down to economics but I wish we could have a concession in another store with a few bits and bobs for sale.

Having your top on display on the High St is more than just an extra couple of quid on the PL, its important advertising.....its being seen and being seen regularly. If Hibs are there on show whenever you go into town then in the minds of kids and adults alike, we are 'relevant'.....if we are relevant we are more attractive.
Passed the rugby shop at Haymarket a few weeks back with a mate and the Edinburgh shirt was in the window. Led us to chatting about catching one of their games at Wee Murrayfield before the end of the year. How many similar chance conversations about Hibs are not happening. Not all Hibs fans live near Easter Road.

So you are agreeing with me saying they possibly didn’t make a fortune but it’s nonsense. :greengrin
