Any ideas on what the deal is with food? I am heading along but there doesn’t seem to be any substance with regards what food to expect/when to expect it.

The organisation, information provided in advance etc wasn't great.
Could have quite a few gripes about the event to be honest, but it was saved by the guests who all spoke well, a very enjoyable night.
