Hibs shop size guide

Hi can anyone give me an idea what the size guide is like for training top… want to buy a top for my nephew who is turning 14 quite tall 5ft 6 but skinny his mum says he is an xs man but I think I remember someone saying the tops are quite small so I think a medium man or would a small do ?
