i dont know what the ref sees. it looked like a pen but when you slow it down its a clear dive. what was the ref looking at? maybe he has someone in his ear saying somthing else.

He doesn't have to say anything. Two referees have viewed it and given a pen. He will just say that's what VAR is there for and they made the decision
