Big game coming up vs the sheep which will be a tough game imo.
Can see ryan being targeted so he will need to keep a cool head for this one.
I don't see any reason to change things apart from Boyle if he's unavailable so I would bring in Melkersen.

I would start Magennis, possibly in place of an injured Boyle. A midfield of him Newell and Henderson might just work, with Cadden and Cabraja out wide.

Reading there were bad floods around the Pittodrie area today, although forecast going forward is good

Got to be the same team for me.
If Boyle is injured then I’d start Melkersen. Thought he done really well the other day when he came on. Played a big part in both the goals when he came on and also created a really good chance for Henderson with a cushioned header.
Henderson replaced Magennis who ultimately let the team down the team down the week before. Henderson came in and got a goal and assist, I don’t see how you can drop him.
We also looked really fluid on Saturday and had a good balance to our team imo.

Certain players are suited to certain games and I think Magennis would suit this one for me ahead of Henderson.
Boyle & Henderson out for Melkersen & Magennis for me.

Kenneh has to play up there imo. He gives a decent anchor to the midfield.
As well as Henderson played on Saturday I'd bring Magennis back in and Boyle plays if he's fit.

If Boyle is fit then I’d like to see 4-3-3 but if not then I’d just continue with the 3-5-2 but Magennis in for Henderson and a midfield 3 of Kenneh holding as the 6; Magennis doing box to box as an 8; and Newell playing higher up as a 10.
Also thought Melkerson looked decent when he came on but if McKirdy is fit and we are playing 3-5-2 then he needs to start with Melkerson coming off the bench.

Melk for Youan. I’m assuming Boyle won’t play.

Away from home I think we’ll change formation to a 433/451

My team as well, I’d possibly have Campbell in for Magennis.

Actually really like the look of this line up but doubt Johnson will change from 3 at the back for such a tricky away fixture after doing so well with 3-5-2 on Sat. I reckon he'll stick with that formation with an unfortunate Henderson missing out to Magennis despite his cracking strike. Cabraja had a poorish game vs St Mirren but I think Johnson will give him another chance to find his form ...
