Thinking about the new year derby and, if Hearts pull off a miracle, the post-split derby.
Should Hibs set up a derby AST? 1,000 spaces (I'd say 2000, but in case they were to cut allocation). £50 membership gets you a priority period to buy. Don't purchase two successive games, you get bumped off. Waiting list to take place of bumped off folk but you still have to pay £50 to get on when your time comes.
Would that be allowed? Could Hibs administer it?

That sounds very much like the opposite of how I want our club run.

‘easy money’ doesn’t sound right for me either

A very bad idea.
What is required is a simple loyalty point scheme.
25 points for having a season ticket.
1 point for each home cup game attended.
1 point for each away game attended where we don't sell our allocation.
Points accumulate for last season and this, then get re-set in the summer.
Very straightforward to have windows for fans to buy depending on how many points they have.

Appalling idea, those with some spare cash get to jump the queue, I think not
There was one season when applying for your season ticket you could sign up for hearts tickets at the same time. Saved any hassle and maybe hibs could have that as an early bird offer for let’s say the first 2000 people.

One of the worst ideas I’ve ever read on here.

The only people that should get priority for Tynecastle are firstly those who regularly support the club at away matches, and secondly, ST Holders.
Simply paying for the entitlement to jump ahead of others is a complete non starter.

What a terrible idea.
Sounds like something that would get tabled at a Ryanair board meeting.

What a very Liz Truss type idea, Tory type idea to the core. It would be a NO from me.

I should have said that this should only be for ST holders, and AST would still be in first. Not that the idea's getting much traction though!!!!

Every aspect of this is abhorrent.
