Deserves a thread of his own for his performance. Done all the basics right and good positioning on a few occasions where he was able to make interceptions. Thought he was outstanding and my MoTM.

It is good to see the manager getting the best out of players.

Him, Porto and Marshall have been superb in recent weeks. As soon as Paul got back to full match fitness we've looked really comfortable playing the ball at the back and they've all done the defensive stuff very well.

He’s been good since he got back up to speed.

Rocky was doing all right at the start of the season but we’re a lot more composed with Porteous and Hanlon as the partnership.

Hanlon and Porteous must be 2 of the best ball playing CB's in the league so to have them partnered together makes for some lovely passing out from the back.

Hanlon seems to have had a new lease of life following his recovery from injury. His style of play has really added to our effectiveness since he came back in, defensively and offensively. Delighted for him and for Hibs.
