Hi firstly sorry for your loss.
This would be a fan thing I'd imagine. Probably best to make people aware of the minute you'd like it in and try and get some twitter traction. I don't think the club would organise a minutes silence or applause for any one fan as you can imagine there would be weekly requests.

Ok thanks, one of the boys friends has been in touch with Block 7 regarding this but has had nothing back - thanks for your advice.
Don't want to hijack your thread on this sensitive subject, but the club themselves are absolutely hopeless in replying in my present experience.
I went through the 'contact us' link three days ago regarding a registration problem I have had, and still not a dicky bird from them. I have phoned the ticket office, various numbers, and just get automated messages, so don't hold your breath on getting a response about your own request. TBF, I think on your minutes applause thought, as previously mentioned, I think it is just a case of letting fans know through the various fans sites, and hopefully your request will be respected at the time.
Hopefully, we will be there to join in on the applause, but as it stands, we won't be back unless Lord Lucan gets his staff sorted and somebody replies to us so we can buy tckets for the game.

I might just try that as a last hope and see what happens. TBH though, I still think it's bang out of order that you can't phone to speak to anyone, then when you go through the 'contact us' link nobody bothers even attempting to get back to you. P155 p00r customer relations.

Make that your first port of call next time. The ticket office probably haven't seem your message as it'll just go to a generic inbox.
Welcome to 2022!
Our Communications Manager is Adam Tomlinson. He was excellent with a query i had earlier this year. His email/tel # is on club website.

My first port of call was to the Contact us option that the website defaulted us to. After 3 days of No Reply, I tried calling 2 different numbers for the ticket office, both of which again went unanswered. Finally, I emailed the ticket office, thanks to the suggestions by fellow .Netters and within a couple of hours, we received a reply and the problem was sorted.
BIG THANKS TO MEL in the ticket office, that's what I call customer service, brilliant.
