Kukharevych through the middle with Boyle and McKirdy either side? Personally didn't think Youan was great yesterday, not a lot came off for him.

McKirdy in for Youan for me.

Youan looked promising but hasn’t done enough last few games. Think he’d have been benched if we’d had more options available.

Youan is trying to hard now I think. He's clearly desperate for a goal and there's not much coning off for him at the moment

Rather than trying too hard, I didn't think he was anywhere near good enough yesterday. He was slow to react to situations and pretty much an empty jersey. He's probably lacking in confidence but he will, rightly, be on the bench soon enough and may make a difference as an impact sub.

Like Youan myself thought he done ok yesterday had a few good runs and shots ,Needs a goal just .Though isn't it great all the options we have up front now and still have Mcgeady and Nisbet to come back as well :aok:

Correct me if I’m wrong but I think McKirdy is suspended for the next game as well.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I think McKirdy is suspended for the next game as well.Dont think he is

From the EEN recently

confirmation that the Stockport game and the Papa John’s Trophy fixture counted towards his three-game ban.

Harry McKirdy will only miss one game for Hibs and not two as previously thought
It means that while McKirdy will miss the visit of Jim Goodwin’s Dons side on Saturday, he will be available for the first Dingwall visit of the season.

LJ is a big believer in momentum, I don’t think he’ll change a winning team unless forced to.

All played well .Campbell ,Newell and Cadden pick of the bunch for me .Think it would be harsh to drop anyone to be fair

Should be the only change from yesterday assuming no injuries in training

People won't be dropped but it will be more than likely that there will be switches/rotation depending on the opposition. It's very much a squad game now.

You can’t really think Youan played well?

I think McKirdy will be in for him although that might mean Boyle on the left…not that it seems to matter to him what side he plays on!

Either way good to see some depth in the squad and the manager having options. Although some on Sportscene seem to think that’s a bad thing!

Thought the whole team played well. Youan had a great shot that the Dons keeper managed to tip over ,He's quick and does a lot of good runs and works hard for the team .On another Thread Kennehs being called poor yet if you watch highlights again he wins the ball back very well and passes it to Campbell which leads to scales first booking and over all played well too imo.As Mckirdy coming I have no problem there though don't agree with Boyler on left wing ,,Think he's much much more effective on the right. Agree good depth in squad now specially upfront as for sportscene wouldn't pay to much attention to them:wink:

Youan just needs to be more decisive in his decision making imo.

He’s really quick and he should use that more often, quickly knock it past the defender (similar to hearts assist) and run at them. Instead he often stops, squares them up, attempts to skin them by rolling it with the sole of his foot and doing a bit of skill that often results in him being tackled as he done way too much.

Very frustrating as you can tell he has quality.

On a side note I was very happy with how direct Tavares was yesterday when he came on, although not much came off I was loving his positive approach.

Certainly not short of options up front

It’s funny how sportscene gets on my wick so much

Again I used to really like mikey Stewart but he clearly lost love for us after sacking Ross.

Doesn’t know the identity of hibs yet cause we have too much strength in depth in the forward areas, to quote, could be a hidderence for hibs.

Madness

So the uglies have got it wrong too with their ridiculous sized squads?

I’d give Youan one more start and let the front 3 know mckirdy is waiting with the likes of Tavares, McGeady, Nisbet waiting in the background

We have too many strikers now according to Mikey Stewart, so I think we should just play one up front. He knows best.

Let’s play Stevenson up top, that should help with the identity thing too.

We are stacked with options up front now but some are young and not starters

The actual centre forward rule we have myka, Mckirdy, Youan, Bojang, Melks

It can be said that 2 of them actually are better wide in the 3, Bojang young and a squad player and melks is further ahead but also very young

Myka is young too but looks physically ready it be our number 9

Nisbet to regun but it won't be until 2023 when he's up and running properly

Personally would start with Youhan with McKirdy coming off the bench. Youans pace would probably suit away games better imo.

Think mckirdy will be a few sub appearances before pushing for a start, hopefully get a little bit more out youann with him knowing there’s someone looking for his spot in the team

If it’s not broke and that . McKirdy to make an impact off the bench . Once Nisbet and McGeady are fit , we will have some attacking options available.

Yeah your right about if it's not broke and that.we certainly going to have plenty of options up front when we get the other two back . Good side of it to is whoever is in the team will have to be on their toes as there's someone waiting to take there place.
