No one has played well. Plenty possession but struggling to break them down at all. Their goal came from cabraja losing a challenege and being caught up the park, midfield didn't track the runner who got on the end of a lowish cross. They haven't created anything else.

Youan and cabraja probably the worst of the bunch. Doidge and cadden not far behind. Campbell putting in the work but lacking the quality to get between the lines and influence in final third.

Melkersen a cert to come on soonish i would think.

I actually reckon he could do a decent job with a better squad but the squad he inherited and the recruitment team haven't addressed the glaring issues from last season. Whether that's down to him, Ian Gordon, scouts, or anyone else involved it doesn't matter. It's just piss poor.


I think the World Cup Break will come at a good time for him and he'll ride it out for a bit but he will be sacrificed in the end to cover the recruitment team's incompetence. He should also be getting more out of the current squad IMO so it's not like he is blameless.

I’m also sure the entertainment value would rocket!

It's not solely on them but that's where we need to start. It's possibly the weakest midified as a collective in the league and everyone knows it except Hibs managers and staff. Add that to a soft defence and an inexperienced strike force (sans the ever worsening Doidge) then I didn't know how we're expected to win any games in this league. For all the players we've brought in only Marshall is an improvement on his position from the start of last season. How has that happened?

Defence has been a real worry so far this season, Porteous looks miles off it and his levels has drastically gone downhill in the past 6/9 months.

I give Hanlon the benefit of he's just come back from injury but again struggled at times today.

Cadden is great going forward but for me he's not a RB as his defensive game is not the greatest.

I hate how much our defence gets of the ball, passing it between them then a diagonal pass to the other full back.

Get it out your feet and give it to a midfielder of winger early, get round him and double up.
