But when a player goes down and rolls about pretending to be hurt the clock should be stopped. Clubs like St Johnstone will continue to destroy the game if allowed to carry on like that evert week.

You could hear a StJ supporter quite clearly on HibsTV commentary moaning and groaning about the ref. Really added to my enjoyment. No surprise at St Johnstone tactics that’s how they’ve played over the last few seasons. Stuffy defensive tactics, diving when anyone comes near them, constantly complaining to the ref. Awful side.

I can accept sometimes you aren't as good as the opposition so have to try and slow the game down, time waste then hope for the best but that was horrible. Offered nothing, went down like they'd been shot constantly and took an eternity for any set plays or goal kicks. If I was a St Johnstone fan I'd be wanting my money back.

Totally agree, that would put a stop to time wasting.

It wouldn't be an issue if the officials weren't so incompetent at adding on the right amount of injury time but they rarely add on enough. It's not difficult to use a stopwatch to record how long the game is stopped for but they manage to do a crap job of it more often than not.

I wasn't there yesterday but I don't wish them ill. Always quite liked them as a club and enjoy the occasional trip to Perth.

To be fair, most players would do the same. The idiot ref had no idea how to deal with it though. He just constantly went and stood next to them but didn’t actually do anything to get them moving. The challenge for the red card happened at 55 minutes but the game didn’t restart until after 60.
