Anyone know how to put my new season ticket onto Apple Wallet?
Should have got an email with it attached. There’s an option there to just click add to wallet.
I’ve never done it before so hopefully it works but seems straight forward enough.

I have an Android phone so can't comment on the Apple procedure but it was very simple to add mine to Google Wallet, think it was done in two clicks. I would imagine the Apple option would be similar.

Very straightforward.
You just need to have the email though - and I'm not sure if they've all been sent out yet.

I successfully saved to last year’s card to Google Pay but now continually get a ‘something’s gone wrong’ message now. I’ve reinstalled the App but still fails. Any ideas, chaps

I think there might possibly be an issue on ticketmaster's side. Google Pay just very recently updated to Google Wallet, I'm not sure if ticketmaster have adjusted things to account for this as the link is still 'gpay'. Dont know of this is the case but all I can think of seeing as others have had same issue. This update to Google wallet happened after the Norwich game
Has anyone on android been able to add the ticket to Google wallet?

Are you using the older version, Google Pay as opposed to Google Wallet? Think those who have updated to Wallet might be goosed for the moment

Did it before, uninstalled this am, and did it again - no issues.
I suspect it may be an issue with your phone and specific software if it works fine on mine. Usually these glitches even themselves out for all phones over first couple weeks of a change.

I removed last years then installed this seasons, got round issue I was having. Might have just been a fix for myself only, but worth a try.

Google Wallet update could be the reason. We’ll done. I’ve emailed the ticket office and asked them to investigate.

Basically, you have to open the e-mail from a browser to get the download to work.

Ticket office told me that there are problems with Android phones but if you use a browser it will work. I used Google Chrome and it loaded

I just downloaded it on my Samsung tablet and it came up on the phone as well. Problem solved.

just worked for me, used chrome on my mobile. Thanks.
I also gave up ,updated Google wallet & changed email address to the one that ticketmaster have , still same message

Use a browser to open the email then you’re good to go.

I'm fairly confident I haven't received it yet (checked my spam folder), obviously have the physical ticket but would prefer to use the Google wallet one....

I did it this morning mate absolutely no problem. I could be wrong but the folk who seem to be having issues are the ones who downloaded their ST last year, which I didn't.

I tried reinstalling app, removing last years ticket etc but only thing that worked was going to gmail via chrome mobile Web browser. Even using Samsung browser didn't work. So if you're still having issues try going to gmail via chrome browser only

Have you accessed the email Hibs sent you from a web browser as opposed to the email app on your phone?
Mine worked without any issues but there's been reports of some people having issues until they tried it from a web browser.

I asked the Ticket Office on Sunday evening about the problem. They got back to me around 11:00. Great customer service. They suggested using Chrome to access my email account rather than Outlook. It still didn't work first time. Opened another window with Google Pay and, Hey presto, Abracadabra, Hocus Pocus..... it worked. I'm one hHappy season ticket holder. :thumbsup::thumbsup:

I emailed at 9pm last night for my group who hadn’t had the email.
Aidan got back to me had issued and amended the email address on 1 of our references by 9:45pm

Still not got my digital ticket email, got the physical cards so that’s fine…. But wish these things went a lot smoother for all!!

Wrote to ticket office last night re my digital ticket(s), Paul resent to me this morning ….not sure were the originals went tho..checked the usual folders.

Noticed they sent an email a while back saying all digital season tickets should be received by 29th July so emailed this morning looking for our three and got a reply and digital tickets received within the hour. Like others, not sure why they weren’t received in the first place but all sorted now!
