He'll definitely start in Perth then. If he is found guilty at the hearing I'd have thought his ban would be for future league Cup games but I may be mistaken

I can’t get my head round his breach, how is it different to the Peterhead and Stranraer players, who haven’t been called

McGeady is a talented guy, however he has not exactly been pivotal to any success (ahem !) we have had pre season.

I would actually say we played better v Norwich after he left the park.

While I was desperate for him to do well, we now have a whole load of young, fit, fast players who can hopefully just get on with it.

We might as well forget McGeady til the new year...........and if someone else is performing well at that point, he may be lucky to get back in the team.

Can't see Youan not starting, he looked sharper than anyone in Portugal and scored 5 in a reserve game last week. With mcgeady out he needs to play asap.

Realise that we are close to desperate but I just can’t see Cabraja & Youan getting chucked in from the start after such little preparation time.
If Stevenson is still unavailable then the manager might be tempted to risk Cabraja.
The loss of McGeady might mean a move away from 4-3-3 to a diamond with Hendo at the tip.

Seems incredible to be missing Hanlon Stevenson Nisbet Mitchell Magennis Mcgeady before the league has even started. All potentially in our starting eleven. At least if we can make a reasonable start to the they will join the squad over the next few weeks/months to strengthen things.
