We have got a marketing man as CEO, who is completely out of his depth. A head of recruitment whose only discernible qualification is who his father is. Some people think we don't have problems - wow. We have people running this club who should be no where near any football organisation.

I said last season he has just disappeared while we move from disaster to disaster … said at time I found it a bit weird he wasn’t at the sponsors evening at end of season … he obviously can’t handle a bit of pressure from the fans

How come we are so quick to fire managers, yet this clown is still in a job? He's over seeing it all, get him and Ian Gordon out and replace them with football guys that know what they're doing and we will see results. The club is becoming a laughing stock now. At this rate I can see protests outside the west again before Christmas.

I'm not sure how Ron Gordon would react to it, he came across like he was the messiah and we should be grateful for him, I'm genuinely starting to become very worried about the club now, that's 6m in fees and we haven't made any statement of intent in the window as of yet. Just more unproven untested players. Fans are going to need to do something if this window shuts and we are still a mess, can't keep watching managers getting sacked, the blame lies deeper than the manager now.

Probably more the nature of it.

Taking a team who finished third and demolishing them with consecutive terrible windows, appointing a terrible manager, signing a whole load more unproven players after selling our best two players then being knocked out of a group with Morton, Bonnyrigg, Clyde and Falkirk before then it being confirmed by a colossal admin **** up.

Add the NFT fiasco and the general disconnect between club and support and you’ve got a right mess on your hands.

A big let down.Talkers tend to be the vast majority in most non manufacturing (manufacturing being more directly measurable) industries.

Find a good doer and you have won a watch, very few exist and they are usually all well rewarded by the talkers. We seem top heavy in the talking department at the moment but I still feel time, probably a season, will tell.

Totally agree and said so on the Ron Gordon post and was immediately reminded about ‘Ron’s son’ so congrats to Ian as well.

The bigger picture for me was the ‘over the top’ negative crap and personal attacks on Ben that was totally unwarranted.

If course we are a fickle bunch, that’s our right as Hibs fans but let’s try and see the bigger picture of what Ron and Ben are trying to build at Easter Road, some mistakes were made and acted on but there is so much more good things if we only took a minute to look beyond a bad performance or 2.
