change the pay structure?

With the present shambles and shocking performances and same core players disgracing the team
perhaps if Management at ALL LEVELS and players had pay linked directly to results it may just cause some urgency and sense.
Last season was a humiliation and so far despite changes in managers we observe nothing fundemental has changed so far.Cup games are NOT pre season warm ups!
This team is expected to hit the ground running and yet here we are so early on turning out poor displays and a total lack of urgency
There is something still rotten somewhere and HIBS are far too important to mess around with...
I had faith in our previous owner Tom Farmer and having lived through Hands OFF Hibs Campaign and all of that terrible time I remain passionate
about our club....BUT some serious money needs spent on QUALITY PLAYERS who can get us into Europe and also demonstrate total effort against all comers for 90 minutes!
We are sadly a long way off that it seems..
The owners need to sort this and fast,I can hardly believe after last season I need to write like this ..what does it take?:flag:

Their pay is linked to the results in terms of bonuses. Do you really think only paying players good money if they do well would attract the quality players you have just said we need?
