Is anyone else struggling to make payment for tickets online. It keeps saying chose a payment method we recognise, then highlighting the card number in red , as if an error with my details. I have tried 3 different cards and all the same messages. Visa debit or mastercard both not working

I had a similar issue this morning but entirely my fault - was putting the long 16 digit number in the section where it wanted my name, and my name where I should've entered the credit card number. Took a few attempts before I realised then went through ok...



Not wanting to hijack the thread but I bought my ticket at 9.10am this morning and still havn't received the email containing the barcode. Is it normal to take this long?

I'm hoping to buy a ticket at the ticket office today. I'm a season ticket holder and in a wheelchair and don't think that I can do it online.

Not usually that long. You normally get 2 emails, one that confirms, and the other that you can add to your Apple Wallet etc

Im definitely put the correct information into the requested boxes .. As ive said , 3 different cards i ve tried and all same message.. Strange

This has been an issue for months. It’s to do with the system not recognising addresses that have flat numbers - or at least that’s always been the issue for me. I can’t buy tickets online anymore. Shame they’re not doing anything to resolve it as it’s a common issue.

Sure. But there a common rule of “sharesies”. Which means anyone who sits within two seats of you gets some too !

I had similar issues.

Surely Hibs need to sort this out ASAP.

It’s not the card holders fault - it’s the system they are using.
