I'm sure they were still finalising the benefits package that was offered as part of the season ticket, along with the photo books before sending out.

I just had a quick look and couldn't find out how to change it either. Maybe best to send an email with your new details to [email protected]

Edit: Found it by accident. When signing out of your account you are asked if you want to return to your profile. if you return to it you'll find the 'Update Profile' link at the top of the page.

My mate was down at ER today. End of the month is the latest on when they will arrive.

The club want to make a big deal of it as some have raised concern about the lack of acknowledgment shown by Hibs when it comes to getting a season ticket

If as the club say the end of the month then the club will make arrangements for renewed EB ST holders. It could be as simple as activating your old ST card to allow access.

They’ve not said anything to change it so I still do. It’ll have to be done in time for the first game on 7/8.

I logged in to eticketing and selected the seat for the Norwich game. There was an option to tick saying you were an early bird. Ticked it and got a downloadable seat. Goot seats at the front of the east so not sure if they were anyone's or not.

They’ve only opened 2 stands so no one’s guaranteed their own seat for the Norwich game.
