That would be immense. There could be a business there though if you found an “in” across the country and beyond. Inless someone got there first of course.
Good luck

OP correct me if I am wrong but you’re after a 3D model to use in software to create graphics?

I think some may have gotten the wrong end of the stick in their replies.

Yeah, that's how I took it as well, but I could be wrong.

There's a model someone has made of the stadium on Sketchup: https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model/32b3d3eb649fd6c6679e8f579b6a635e/Easter-Road?hl=en (3D Warehouse)

There's also a kind of 3D render on Google Earth: https://earth.google.com/web/search/Easter+Road+(Hibernian+FC),+Albion+Place,+Edinburg h/@55.96178667,-3.16510027,32.07820165a,233.97385581d,35y,113.4641 026h,71.33670128t,360r/data=CigiJgokCfJrzdLsnkdAEZV0-u08nEdAGe4I4ww2JjFAIRmViUZhFTFA (Google Earth)

I was planning to get a basic model as I will need dimensions to further create the model to a higher detail on computer software as I would like to make some images and also create an animation with fans and flags and smoke all all the bells and whistles. I am work for myself and am looking to create some cools stuff for my portfolio.

If anyone has a link to lots of photographs of the stadium so I can model the seating, barriers, doors etc that would be helpful.

You could check some of the dimensions of the east stand and pitch area from the plans that are on the planning application: https://citydev-portal.edinburgh.gov.uk/idoxpa-web/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=documents&keyVal=KB6W95EW00R00. Use a ruler or something to measure the other stands against a reference measurement that is on the drawing. It won't be totally accurate but would at least let you see whether the sketchup model is close to the right size.

You could also be a bit cheeky and approach the architects (Halliday Fraser Munro) and see if they would share the CAD plans with you, they might do it if they are feeling in a good mood, but you'd have to be clear it was just a wee project for your own enjoyment and not a commercial thing.
