He said at Sunderland his ideal formation is 433, with a 6,8 10 as his midfield 3.

Pretty sure he said in the fans podcast interview that he's not really fussed much about formations.

Doesn't get too wrapped up in them instead focussing more on the style of play which he wants high pressing and passing forward quickly.

6 = defensive midfielder.

4/6 are either CB or DM roles, depends on what you're use to.

He has said plenty he's not big on a set formation but when pushed on his favourite that was his answer.
