What I did notice that from a couple of months back we ditched the dark bottle green socks and finished the season wearing a lighter more standard shade, like the green at the top of the home shirt (if you know what I mean.
The womans team have continued to wear the dark green socks though.
What is obvious though is that the players don't seem to like a very dark shade of green, this must gave been their decision.
I too don't like the bottle green and prefer a brighter emerald shade. It looks better on a bright summers day and especially on a gloomy scottish winters day, far more noticeable and surely must be better for the players.

All our kits this year were great, just wish we’d not taken so long to realise the yellow worked better with green shorts.

We’re due a black or purple away kit this year, hopefully Joma can keep up the quality from this season

bit much to expect a replica but certainly a nod to that strip would go down well. A plainer design, same shade of green, round white collar, that sort of thing. Please no silly squiggles masquerading as maps this time. And no fading from emerald into bottle green either.

I thought last season’s puma away/third kits including city’s were some of the worst football tops in modern times. Thankfully they haven’t seemed to go down much of a treat anywhere and hopefully that’ll be the end of them.

Keep it the home as simple as possible. Failing that I think it would look smart if any ‘’third’ was black instead of bottle green for a wee change.
