According to Edinburgh Live the bridge reopened at 1330.

I don’t want to speculate as to the reasons but traffic around the centre/north of Edinburgh has been a farce for weeks. Roadworks everywhere on all the main roads pretty much.

It’s been public reported that sadly they found a body of a 53 year old man under the bridge ….so tragic ….

An awful site. I was on it earlier and it’s just weird clickbait stories and gratuitous unnecessary details about rapes and murders.

Indeed, terribly sad. I regularly go for a wander and sit at St Bernards Well with a wee can or two, it's a beautiful spot.

I walk the dog from Saunders Street along the path to the Dean Village. Nice wee bit.
