Beginning to kick on now and show us what he can do. Thought at Hampden he was one of our better players and showed real endeavour and took his opportunity very well today, it was a good, confident finish.
Well done Hendo, here's to many more goals in a Hibs jersey.

I just didn't see it with him but had a good game against United and Hearts. Hopefully pushes on now. Decent pre season with new manager.

Think the past month or so we're beginning to see the ability he has.
Took the goal really well today. Can't help but think a lot of players would have lashed at that after the good first touch. Hendo did well to take another and set himself before burying it. Chuffed for him.

Bumped into him yesterday. He can’t wait to get going proper.
System plays a difference. No 10s don't fit great in a 3 4 3

I take it he won't cancel the pre contract now Maloney is gone

Well, why would he? And no, he can't just cancel it anyway.

I’ve been impressed by him quite a bit, a couple of games he’s came on as a sub and made a real impact although not shown it consistently enough.
In a 352 with defensive minded wingbacks like Clarke and Doig I’d love to see Henderson play deeper with Newell for example.
The way he receives the ball on the half turn and opens play is brilliant and would transform us imo. Play him there with Jasper ahead and 2 up top.
Would still have plenty defensively imo and let’s be serious what is there to lose.

Strange, wasn't at the game today, have a read of the match thread, lot of posters wanting him subbed.
Opinions eh.

He didn’t get as much time on the ball today as last week but by God I knew he was going to hit the back of the net as soon as he set himself for his strike. Quality finish young man :agree:

Looking forward to highlights on Sportscene tomorrow night, looked a tight angle to score from my view
Great control and touch by Scott to set him up

He needed a goal after missing some sitters in earlier games. Would like to see him put on some muscle in the close season.

I thought he was possibly our best player at Hampden. Even better if he can add more goals to his game.

That’s a really good couple of weeks from him.
I thought he’d had a quiet start at Hibs and tbh I’d been a bit disappointed.
Very good performance last week and the bit of quality that was the difference this week.
Good stuff, I’m looking forward to seeing more.

Is it a deliberate thing spelling players and managers names wrongly or are we just thick as ****?

Has been an obviously talented player since he arrived . A great signing whoever deserves the credit .

Well done Ewan. The game was crying out for that wee bit quality to open the scoring. Delighted to get the win and a clean sheet in what were tricky weather conditions against a dogged St Mirren team. A hard fought win that affords us to relax a bit, find the new manager that will take us forward and give the players a platform in which to show that they want to stay at the club.

Well, why would he? And no, he can't just cancel it anyway.
Ricky Lamie has signed one at Dundee and there is plenty chat he is going to cancel it if/when they go down, so I don’t think a pre contract is 100% a done deal

I though Hendersons deal was similar to Murphys when we got him from the the rangers. One year loan then ours after that. I think Rokey and Jasper are one year loans with an option to buy.

It is a done deal. Only way it would be breakable is if all parties agree or the player has a clause.
It won't happen with Ewan.

It sounds like his pre contract has a relegation clause in it.
Henderson may have clauses in his but I doubt any of them will be applicable.

Don’t worry there will be a thread next week saying he’s not good enough.

Glad he kicked on from his performance last week. He was one of the very few who looked to be positive yesterday, severe lack of options for him to pass the ball to though. Hopefully he can chip in between now and the end of the season and come back confident for next season.

Quality player will only get better after preseason. Weight of pass and set piece delivery are very good. Once we get better forward players in we will see the best of him.
Is it a deliberate thing spelling players and managers names wrongly or are we just thick as ****?
Just laziness, not checking.

Just laziness, not checking.
We really all have time to go and double check the spelling of each players name?
Not lazy, not thick. Congratulate him, debate his performance or head elsewhere.

Has always been good at picking up wee pockets of space - he isn’t the quickest but carries the ball well, and has shown he can be a goal threat.
Could definitely see him threading passes through for a centre forward with good movement.
