Interested to find out other fans views on Hibs having its own Museum. I see other clubs have them and myself included think this is something Hibernian FC official should be looking into. There must be so much memorabilia from our amazing history that this should all be on display for us all to enjoy. Would this be something you would support and maybe help fund for this to happen at Easter Road. I noticed Kilmarnock have a lovely Museum and do other clubs, but as it stands we only have a few glass displays with limited room to display which Hibernian historical trust do there best with what room they have. What I would at Easter road is a dedicated museum for all Hibernian supporters to enjoy and reminisce all our past history. What’s all your thoughts of this .

I’d donate some of the memorabilia I’ve managed to acquire as well as financially to this, done the Old Trafford tour as well as Hampden and both we’re brilliant. Not saying it’d be anything near that good but it’d bring in some money from tourists during the festival etc surely?

If somehow we could get the building that used to be St Marys st halls that would be awesome as a museum.

All for it. Surely to god we have a richer, more interesting history than Kilmarnock!
I think the Historical Trust should be left in charge of it, and I would certainly donate to any costs

I don’t think sinking money into a museum when there is a lot of negativity about the club is a good idea just now . Timing is everything. If the club has some spare cash it should ALL be invested in the team. I think we’ve pretty much exhausted the non football related expenditure/vanity projects.

Plenty of Hibs historical things to be seen on Hibs stadium tour, would be a good idea though.

i agree with a lot of this mate, definitely prioritise the first team, but I wouldn’t consider a museum a vanity project. It’s something that supporters would really enjoy and take pride in, and that’s especially important when there’s so much doom and gloom. And if it was the Historical Trust in charge of it then it wouldn’t take money out of the club.
anyway it probably won’t happen but those are my thoughts.
