I ordered tickets the day they went on general sale and haven't received mine in the post yet. Hopefully arrive today as tomorrow is the last postal day!

Ordered mine the day they went on general sale and they arrived in Norwich 2/3 days later - I think it's worth chasing for anyone that hasn't received theirs yet.

I was going to ask the same, as a couple of my neighbours now fancy going but it's probably too late to have them delivered.

Could maybe order them and pick up at the ticket booths outside the stadium, but need to check that first.

Aye I think delivery will be pushing it now. Booths may well be an option - I think my mate will be picking up my spare tomorrow (hopefully regular ticket office hours in place) 👍

Would also make sense to have them on sale from half 9 on Saturday morning at Hampden as we should be doing everything possible to get tickets sold to give backing to the team.

Office open until 4pm tomorrow I believe.

Says on website that closed on Saturday so tickets need to be picked up b 4pm on the Friday.

Given that the TO has only 2, maybe 3 staff members then yes I think it is unreasonable to expect them to stay late.

I really don't see what the problem is...

They work 9-5 at the least. The Ticket office is open 10-4. There’s a lot more going on than just handing out tickets.

The times are very reasonable and easily accessible.

I was in the ticket office late morning today. 1 member of staff visible and very quiet all round.

The ticket office should bust a gut and stay open until at least 5.00, or maybe just go crazy and even stay open until the outer limits of 6pm.

Oright folks, an update on my tickets.
I now have them, hadnt received post in a few days so I went to post office to see what the crack was, they said go to sorting office, perth is my local one, and they were sittin there with the rest of my mail. Must be short staffed or summit.
They musta been there over about a week tho, the ticket office sent them out on the 6th

I'd head to the TO and just explain the situation if you can't get through on the phone. You never know they may have ended up in a collection pile or something silly

My tickets didn’t arrive for the league cup final. I emailed the ticket office the day before to arrange for reprints to be collected at Hampden. My email was answered within an hour. Got them no problem on the day without queueing at all.

You can for a Scotland game at the same venue, passing through the same turnstiles.
Utter nonsense that its back to paper tickets, waiting for delivery etc when it comes to club games there.

I personally like the fact that you still get paper tickets for Hampden as it's far better for keeping as a souvenir than an email ever will be but I agree there should be an option to get an email with a QR code.

Yes I mean in the event of a victory. I still have my 2016 cup final ticket for example which I wouldn't have bothered about if I'd had an email QR code.

I'll be keeping my 2016 ticket forever. It's just as important as the match programme I have from that day.
