Know it's only football and there are other more important things going just now, but looking at the general feeling across the recent threads it's getting poisonous with everything Hibs.

Ron Gordon, his son and Kensall have proved themselves to be poor football leaders and decision makers.

We have an inept, inexperienced and naive manager who I am beginning to loathe. Over the last few weeks he has defended his team selections and tactics, then given a dishonest analysis on how his team performed. To top it off he was quoted yesterday as saying some players are playing for their futures without questioning his own managerial decisions. What a wee arrogant so and so.

Defeat next week then I hope they all leave Hibs as soon as possible. They have all ripped the heart out of the club and left supporters fearing the next debacle.

And I thought the OP was going to be complaining that the criticism and bashing of everything at the club was getting poisonous 😂

.. bit of a poisonous thread to start.

Things are not clicking in to place for the club just now.but I’d say it’s more finding the right formula to be a bit more ruthless in games and around the club in general.

As someone who felt we jumped the gun sacking Ross and should’ve at least seen the season out under him.
I now feel the opposite with Sean Maloney,my initial thought was wrong guy at the wrong time and I’m yet to revisit that and say maybe I was wrong.

We are stumbling backwards and making bad footballing decisions, and there seems to be an unfounded confidence in doing so which worries me the most, mainly because the folk in charge appear oblivious to the issues we are facing.

Nice guy Sean but out of his depth unless we sign the right players.

The two Norwegian boys might turn out to be top class, plenty time to see if that’s the case.but these boys are luxury signings. we needed quality in the summer never got it,then again in January and again we were left wanting.

Ron is such a likeable owner with an infectious enthusiasm for hibs and I’m firmly in support of his ownership.
We just need to start making the right decisions for the team on the park, and unfortunately that’s a change of head coach again and a better signing policy in the transfer department.

So you thought it was a fine idea to start a new thread along the same lines. Bravo.

It got poisonous in October and it’s just rolled on from there, seemingly unstoppable.

Is this why we can’t have nice things?

Managers can be easily removed, but it's much more difficult in relation to owners. The owner has to be willing to sell, and there needs to be someone wanting to buy.

There in lies our problem. He by that I mean Ron may be likeable but one thing is for sure he has little or no idea how to run. Scottish fitba club.
