0-0 for me unless we change the way we play. Given how many teams are crowded around the middle of the league I doubt draws will be enough so hopefully we up the tempo, get it up the park miles earlier and really go for a win. If Hanlon and Rocky are back that might speed us up with Cadden being wide and always looking to drive on

Will be interesting to see if Macey Doig and Jdh are fit would be surprised if all playing. Hopefully Rocky back to allow Cadden to play further up the pitch. Huge game and ideal for a win however vital we don't lose. Saw bit of Aberdeen v United and they were very attacking and pressing in that game and probably should have won. They had Kennedy and Besuijn (spelling?) wide of Ramirez and were a threat. Can definitely be got at but nothing other than a very tough game. Porto needs to leave any issue with Ramirez off the pitch as can't afford any more suspensions.

This for me. Would definitely go for Mueller ahead of Henderson though. Would maybe even consider Drey Wright ahead of Henderson although right of the front three maybe doesn’t suit him.

I think Maloney was very reserved on JDH and for that reason I left him out. If he was to prove fit then I'd put him in.

For me he is nowhere near a first name on the team sheet. Mueller gets far more involved and despite being miles off the pace I may even play Allan in front of Henderson. It depends how the rest of the team shapes up but I'd possibly have Wright in that area.

Neither of them are even getting a start for Killie in the Championship so I don’t think he needs to be too concerned there.

Agree, I think Wright will move up one and play with Melkerson and Jasper. Not what I really want to see but I think it’s what we will see.

Think he gets way too hard a time from fans and some people have him awful before a ball is kicked and make it difficult for him getting on his back which isn't right. Now there is others who want to defend him because he gets through a game without any obvious mistakes and does okay..ish.

He is simply not good enough. If he is keeping a fit Mueller and Henderson out the team what is the point? He offers nothing but fills spaces and has energy to do that. Probably unfairly on him he has had to put up with the scapegoat tag but regardless - he hides in games. His distribution is terrible. He doesn't go past anyone or influence the game other than being there and trying. If he plays in a front 3 that is one of your attackers that can't score, assist, cross, go past a player. He never affects the game meaningfully. He is out his depth. These are big games, Wright is no big game player - do we really want to see him at Hampden in a derby?

If Mueller is fit he should start or Henderson - if he is still starting ahead of these guys in important games maybe we should ship them out and give him a new contract.

I'm not sure there's much to Goodwin as a manager but he took four points at Easter Road with St Mirren this season and Aberdeen are sure to press us high up the pitch looking for a mistake like the costly one JDH made against the Buddies last time.
That should mean more gaps for us to exploit than in the McInnes days - if we can move the ball up the park quickly - but this has been a problem under Maloney.
We're relying on two young lads in Jasper and Melkersen to create anything, so fingers crossed they can pick up where they left off at Fir Park.
