Just left Raith due to a long term injury.

Really feel for the guy, he's had atrocious luck his whole career.

He certainly had bad luck when he missed that open goal to make it 3-0 in the Natural Justice game.

He didn't play in the Natural Order game (he'd left Hibs by then).

I guess you're thinking of his late miss in the 1–0 money-spinning replay?

Has had a lot of bad luck with injuries. He was open on his mental health issues.
Wish him all the best

A legend that got us to the Cup Final with his equalizer against Caley to force a replay, can't thank him enough. Hope he comes back from yet another setback.

That was the first goal in that game. Inverness equalised. Loved his goal against Falkirk in the last minute to get it right up the bitter ones especially Houston. Great goal. :greengrin

Was that the goal that sealed promotion? Or was it just that it was as good as done, but not quite mathematically?

His goal against Falkirk with his right peg was glorious. Had a great view from the west upper as he cut inside and let fly.

I wish him well whatever his future holds.

He kindly sent my mum a happy birthday message on social media a couple of weeks ago which he did not need to do but was greatly appreciated.

Seems to be one of the good guys and I wish him all the best. He'll forever be a legend at Easter Road for being a member of that team.

Was it? Memory playing tricks again.

Thanks for the correction.

Ah, that was fantastic. I theatrically fell down on the ground under my seat after he missed that and didn't get up for a while as the full time whistle went immediately after. Great game.

That's exactly how he is described in this household!! Obviously the camera pans to the other corner but I would have loved to have seen the look on his face when he realised he was the only one in the other corner

Always will be welcome at ER in my eyes and hope he recovers

His speed and movement terrified the The Rangers defence at the final. A huge part to play in our victory. Legend.

Almost certain there's a video, maybe even an official Hibs one, that follows his run - camera is in front of the North Stand, think he was too doolally to twig or care that he was on his own.

I'm pretty sure when his depression came out he was badly affected by that. Would've meant a hell of a lot to him to score against them, and couldn't celebrate it properly.

Was about to post this. Brilliant goal. Still remember seeing it clearly from my seat at the back of the East.

Remember when he got a bad injury. Think it was Dunfermline away. Had just really started to get in his groove and was playing really well. Never thought he was quite the same after. Still a legend and an iconic part of that celebration running the other way to the fans.

Yep, I'll never forget that chant in the concourse at HT during the away Falkirk play off game. Shame how it all ended though!
